The PVE52 has a door opening width of 32” and a roomy 43 1/2” interior diameter which will easily accommodate a wheelchair and one person or up to three people. It has a 525 lb. lift capacity and travels at 35 ft/min. It is the largest of models in the unique, fully certified vacuum elevator family. This 3-passenger lift offers everything you’ll need for a residential elevator.

ENGINEERING AND DESIGN

Manufactured in the United States utilizing materials and components of highest quality and standards ensure a safe, reliable means of vertical transportation. The unique aluminum frame construction incorporates 360 degrees see thru panels allowing you to travel effortlessly through floors, powered by powerful turbines located at the top of the elevator or up to 30 feet away. There is no pit, shaft, or machine room. With safety in mind, the cab will automatically descend to the lowest floor in the event of a power failure and a mechanical door lock will release to allow passengers to exit.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Using Pneumatic Technology to generate lift, these self-supporting, eco-friendly elevators operate smoothly requiring less space, energy and maintenance compared to traditional lifts without the use of harmful oils, gases or lubricants. Powered by 220V, 40 Amp, single phase service, this elevator maintains every safety feature as all PVE models.

PVE currently manufactures three versions of its air driven residential elevators, ranging from single to a three-passenger, wheelchair-accessible home elevator. All of PVE’s vacuum home lift systems are capable of up to a 50 foot (15m) vertical rise over as many as five stops. The unique design of the vacuum residential elevator is a perfect choice for any retrofit or new construction project and will enhance the value of one’s home without the consuming footprint of a traditional home elevator. The innovative home elevator does not require any pre-construction shaft, pit or machine room and can be installed in as little as two to three days. By using a vacuum pump to generate areas of higher and lower atmospheric pressure within the cylinder hoist way, the unit smoothly moves between floors while using much less energy than other home elevators.
