MINIMAL MAINTENANCE

There is no large elevator shaft, pit or machine room, no harmful oil, gas or lubricants. This self-contained home elevator sits on your existing floor and is powered by a turbine either at the top of the elevator or in a remote location up to 30 feet away with A 220-volt, 20-amp supply. Minimal maintenance is needed ensuring a significant cost savings when compared to the required maintenance of a traditional residential elevator.

SAFETY

In the event of a power failure while in operation, the safety system is designed to automatically switch to a slow descent, bring the cab to the lowest floor allowing the passenger to exit. Pneumatic Elevators are safety inspected by the prestigious Liftinstituut – one the world’s leading elevator certification organizations. They are all factory tested and ASME A17.7 compliant.
